Fees and Expenses

Trust Finance and Mortgages Limited does not generally charge fees for providing financial advice unless agreed with you in advance.

A fee may apply in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Early repayment or refinance of a mortgage where a lender commission clawback applies.
• Withdrawal from a finance application after substantial work has been completed.
• Complex lending arrangements requiring additional services.

Any fee payable will be disclosed and agreed with you before it is charged.

Conflicts of Interest and Incentives

Trust Finance and Mortgages Limited and its advisers may receive commissions from lenders and finance providers whose products are recommended.

If you proceed with a lending product, the lender or finance provider may pay a commission to Trust Finance and Mortgages Limited.

The amount of commission varies depending on the lender, finance provider and lending product selected.
